  • Reported on the sell-out Roadshows at Trinity Academy and Carronvale House. At both events, over 150 delegates and participants celebrated and scrutinised schools' commitment to pupil involvement in decision-making.
  • Reported on feedback from participants in the Roadshows.
  • Highlighted some of the examples presented at the Roadshows under the headings 'involving and developing young adults in and out of school', 'partnerships to promote involvement' and 'active pupil councils'.
  • Published a short article on 'challenges in pupil participation' written by Don McAllister, headteacher of Kininver Primary near Oban
  • Outlined a research project at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital on 'The recognition of adolescent depression in Scottish schools'.
